Refunds & digital content
Cryotona provides instant access to downloadable digital audio files and licence certificates. By downloading member-only audio files, you acknowledge that access to digital content begins immediately. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once paid audio files have been accessed, unless required by law.
Cancellation and refund are different. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period. Refunded or disputed payments will result in the related licences being revoked or suspended.
